Make device-free policies work
Simple. Visible. Offline-ready. CellPhoneCabinet helps schools, testing centers, government offices, labs, and enterprise teams collect, secure, and return phones without slowing daily operations.
Easy to enforce. Easy to manage.
Self-service storage reduces staff supervision, gives every phone a numbered compartment, and creates a clearer routine for collection and return.
What problem does CellPhoneCabinet solve?
CellPhoneCabinet is a compact cell phone cabinet for organizations that need a clear storage workflow for phone-free or PED-free policies without creating a slow check-in line.
Who uses it?
Schools, testing centers, government visitor areas, labs, cleanrooms, factories, confidential meeting rooms, and departments that limit personal electronic devices.
Does it need internet?
No. Offline Mode can run local NFC + PIN access without Wi-Fi, cloud dependency, or remote-door-open features. Smart Mode is optional for sites that want connected records, status, and remote opening.
Does it need wall power?
Not always. Non-charging cabinets can use power-bank support, so customers can place the cabinet in classrooms, exam rooms, hallways, or temporary check-in areas without new electrical work.
What sizes are available?
Five CPC models cover small rooms through campus-scale programs: CPC-12, CPC-24, CPC-48, CPC-72, and CPC-120.
A smarter alternative to pouches and bulky metal lockers
A practical alternative to pouches and oversized lockers. Phone-free policies work best when the storage method is visible, space-saving, easy for staff to manage, and reliable when internet access is limited.
CellPhoneCabinet Smart Cabinet
- Durable, high-quality structure for long-term daily use
- Compact high-density design stores more phones in the same space
- Transparent numbered drawers make every device visible at a glance
- Works fully offline or connected, with low-power deployment options
- Assembled in the US with patent-pending design
Phone Pouches
- Pouches can tear, stretch, and wear out over time
- Bins, carts, or hangers are often needed to store pouch inventory
- Staff must open or inspect pouches individually to confirm device status
- Manual handling can slow collection and return workflows
Traditional Metal Smart Lockers
- Large footprint can consume too much floor space
- More doors and heavier hardware can slow check-in and return
- Less visual confirmation when devices are inside each locker
- Often depends on power, network, and higher energy consumption
For schools and controlled environments
Designed for locations that need a defined place for personal electronic devices during class, work, visits, exams, or restricted operations.
Schools & Campuses
Classrooms, testing centers, dormitories, athletic facilities, and phone-free learning programs.
Government
Public offices, secured waiting areas, court facilities, service counters, and restricted departments.
Labs & Clean Areas
Device control for laboratories, research facilities, inspection areas, and controlled production zones.
Enterprise & Industry

NFC and PIN first, with two operating modes
Offline Mode and Smart Mode are separate choices. Offline Mode is for local daily use without network dependence. Smart Mode adds connected functions such as remote door opening, slot status, and reports when your facility wants network management.
Offline Mode
NFC card and PIN access run locally for schools, exam centers, secure rooms, and locations with limited or restricted internet.
Smart Mode
Connected management can add remote door opening, real-time slot status, usage records, and admin reports.
What schools and enterprises gain
A phone cabinet program is easier to enforce when it improves daily operations for administrators, teachers, managers, employees, and visitors.
For Schools
Reduce classroom distraction, protect testing integrity, shorten phone collection time, and lower disputes about lost or mixed-up devices.
For Enterprises
Protect confidential meetings, reduce unmanaged personal electronics in sensitive departments, and give visitors or employees a clear place to store phones.
For Operations Teams
Give staff a repeatable check-in and return process, with optional records when connected management is selected.
Why institutional buyers work with us
Transparent pull-out drawers with flexible power options
Each clear drawer is easy to inspect, smooth to pull out, and cable-friendly. If your cabinet is configured without charging, power-bank support can run the cabinet where wall power is unavailable. That makes placement easier for testing centers, classrooms, temporary check-in areas, and facilities that do not want new electrical work. Charging can still be added when powered storage is required.
Configurable cabinets for different capacities
Choose cabinet size and drawer color based on your facility policy, daily volume, and installation location.
White floor models for school and enterprise programs
High-capacity storage for school hallways, testing centers, and enterprise device-control programs.
CPC-24 compact cabinet
Desktop or wall-style configuration for classrooms, meeting rooms, offices, and testing desks.
